Plates
After market plates have only been a recent development over the past number of years and have proved to be very successful. Heat Exchangers WA now successfully sources and supplies after market heat exchanger plates for brands such as Alfa Laval, APV, Tranter, Swep and Hisaka. These plates are made from high grade 304 Stainless Steel, 316 Stainless Steel, Titanium and other exotics.
HEWA carry a large number of these plates off the shelf in order to deliver in the best possible time frame. Once again HEWA have the best parts range to keep our customers covered.
Gaskets
We source gaskets from around the world from ISO 9003 manufacturers whom only use the best polymers, techniques and quality control in producing their gaskets. We have the most precise oven available for the best possible curing of the glue securing the rubber gaskets to the plates. For the most demanding applications we also offer two part epoxy glue, vulcanised in our gas oven for maximum adhesion.
