Heat Exchangers WA also supply a large range of ratchet spanners for opening and closing your plate heat exchangers. These spanners are made in Germany, and are built to last a lifetime.

Heat Exchangers WA services workshop is fully equipped to handle all your heat exchanger servicing needs.

• Large Professional Spray both for UV dye application to any size plate
• Chemical cleaning – our baths are the most advanced in Australia, any sized plate
• Australia’s largest U.V Crack Detection Centre capable of testing any sized plate
• Gas Oven – capable of vulcanising two part epoxy glue or contact cement to any sized plate
• Hydro-testing
• Gas Integrity Testing
• 5 Tonne Gantry Crane
• Liquid Nitrogen – Cryovac gasket removal for fast turn around of large packs

At HEWA we are proud to claim that we are one of the few PHE service companies in Australia who are equipped to carry out all services to OEM recommendations.

The workshop is located in Maddington, Perth. However for those companies based in the Goldfields, we have Goldfields distributors Logichem Pty Ltd, who are equipped to handle your equipment.

HEWA provides a free service of surveying your current exchangers, noting the make, model and number of sections coupled with detailing operating conditions and the condition of the heat exchanger plates and gaskets.
